Phone Support

Often a simple technical problem may be solved in a short period of time, via phone support. We are happy to walk you through such problems. Please contact us by phone or email, to set an appointment time. Often an appointment can be made within the same day.


Remote Desktop Support

Many of our clients find it helpful to be provided with remote access desktop support. This allows for certain software support to be managed during off hours or an emergency when the time is of the essence.



Emergency / After Hours Service

Regular service rate is $109/hour Monthly maintenance package A: $45/desktop Monthly maintenance package B: $199/server Phone & remote desktop support $28/15minutes Emergency and after hours rates are $120 per hour, with a minimum two-hour fee.
